Skiing and snowboarding in Davos

Parsenn ski area

They lost their way on the Weissfluhjoch peak and accidentally went the other way which lead them to Küblis, a village in the Davos region. By skiing there they discovered 12 km-long Prsenn descent.
When over 80 years ago funicular railway opened, Parsenn turned into a classing skiing mountain. The oldest ski race in Switzerland Parsenn Derby was held here. Parsenn’s seemingly endless descents on wide slopes and traditional but stylish mountain lodges attract many ski enthusiasts.
To get to the Parsenn ski area you can use the funicular railway from Davos or use the cable car from Klosters.
Parsenn, Gotschna and Jakobshorn ski regions are the three most popular ski regions in the Davos-Klosters area. There are 5 in total.

Davos Nordic is a where you will see the world elite in the cross-country skiing. They never miss a year. The event takes place in the Bünda district which transforms into a cross-country stadium. The trial network includes over 100 km of classic trails and 75 km of skating trails. The difficulty of the tracks varies to suit all preferences. Nordic walking in Davos
